Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Courses
This course is available to health professionals only (Doctors, Registered Nurses, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and other allied health professionals. Advanced training in cardiac life support is offered to personnel working in medical areas, such as Accident & Emergency, Intensive Care, Operating Theatre and Ambulance Services.
This course is held twice per year. It is a very intensive course and it is advisable to have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification prior to attending the ACLS Course. The cost of the course is J$15, 000 and this includes ACLS manual, lunches and coffee breaks and American Heart Association Certification.
